Victor was born into a military family in Ft. Ord, California. Bounced around a bit, but was mainly raised in the Mid-West.
His mother was an early artist influence. As a kid he was always drawing and writing poetry, but never really gave much thought to paint. After high school he was acccepted into art school in Colorado, but decided to move to Los Angeles instead, where he was inspired and influenced by friend artists such as Gino Perez and Jenny Bahn. He found himself picking up canvases and just started painting, so here it is, his art, his heart, his fingertip passion. Enjoy.
